Reggello's olive-oil is considered one of the most highly-esteemed because of its fine taste, and it goes with many dishes of Tuscan cooking.
After the 1985 Great Frost which destroyed almost all olive grove, we begun the long replanting of olive-trees even if some of them were rescued by the tree stump. Now, the olive grove has got its natural splendour even if it will take time to see again old and big trees, where who writes used to hide when was a child.
